Howdy
It's just a typical electrical store called Jaycar
Runs a simple positive which I powered off if the light switch and then just earthed it to the housing

It most certainly did
I've ended up getting an LED strip light and mounted it between the instrument panel and the heater control panel
Came out not to bad
Will just need to blank out the rear as it casts light onto the fire wall

Question if I may
How does the heater controls get illumination
Is it via the slit on the side of the main dash housing?
I've got a bulb on the trans button selectors and its obviously brighter on that side

Hi again An opinion if you please Made up controls for the air freeze a/c unit to try and blend in with dash- thoughts ? Whilst restoring the 59 Ive also sold my 68 Plymouth and have acquired a 57 Tbird from Dallas
She's due to be shipped tomorrow to Australia
Hope to drive this as a daily driver as the Plymouth is just too big

Hi Dick I had to swap the water pump for a mid 60's set up I then purchased the brackets to suit the Sandeman 508 compressor for what basically would be a 383 set up - I then just bought them off eBay as they are a standard set up I've also had to include a tension pulley as per the 383 set up I've ...

Cheers Dan Yes it's sat around for a while but when she's out on the road she still gets attention Attached are some pics if the a/c install I've used all the original outlet from the firewall and heater box so as to cut any any new holes Pretty happy with the way it's turned out Even managed to kee...
