Those are what the 2 jacks look like that I have. Guess I will use the hollow one. Neither one of my 59 Plymouths has a jack instruction decal, and as far as I can tell, the underside of the trunk lid and area outside of the seal have never been messed with. At least on one of my cars.

Thanks for the information. I took it over to my car, and like you said it looks the same with the mounting. The intakes are different between the early and later 318 engines right ?

My 59 Plymouths are not here at home for me to look at, to even see if the design is similar.

Yes as the other response indicates, it is a 3 spd torqueflite automatic with power steering. Low NADA guide is 11,635, as this car is optioned.
