Re: Colorado Belvedere Convertible progressing
Dick, I used the linkage from Summit Racing online site, so it is not Mopar Original but is supposed to fit a Hemi RB block. So it is a natural fit for this setup. I will take some pics of my setup for you. But Rick Clapham may have better technical answers to your questions. One thing Rick did to m...

Re: Colorado Belvedere Convertible progressing
Thanks Rick Clapham for posting the pictures of the new addition to my convert. Rick rebuilt the carbs and fine tuned the carbs last Saturday after we went to a car show and the engine would die at stop lights, A few mins. tinkering with them got them in sync and running smoothly. Now I am doing a v...

Re: Master brake cylinder for disk brakes
Hi Kevin, I live about 45 mins south of you in Arvada, Colo, I will dig up the link to what I did for my Belvedere Convertible for the front Disc brake Conversion. I did not convert the rear brakes so I don't know what would work there. As far as the Master Cylinder, I replaced the single chamber MC...

So I am looking for qty 1 of a metal OVAL air cleaner to complete the set. Sooooooo, everyone take a look in...

Re: What is it?
There was a small area at Highland Park HQ that was shielded from the Public for showing the new design vehicles to upper Mgmt. My Dad was working at HP in 1959 but vaguely remembers this shielded area. The Chelsea Proving ground back in the day had a similar area for display to the automotive press...

Re: Colorado Belvedere Convertible progressing
ouch! I think I have a lead on a couple used ones that Rick Clapham told me about last year. They need to be blasted and all but a lot less expensive ($200-$300 for a pair) then $600 or $1000 for new metal re-pop ones.

Dick, I will look for them. I know there are fiberglass re-pops being made but I am looking for the metal ones. I will search to see what your are looking at.
