Re: wiring harness
Taken from their website. I think you are going to the wrong section. I''ll post these pix, then in next post I'll show how I navigated the site.

Re: wiring harness
Re-visit my post of August 22 (scroll up from here). I reported I visited the site, found the harness and the price of $889.
It just doesn't make sense to me...the website says one thing, the human says a different thing. Makes one wary of sending money to them!

Re: wiring harness
Duggar, pardon me for asking the obvious...when you had them on the phone you quoted their website page to them?
You told them they are advertising pre-made harnesses for 59 Plymouth on their website, they quote a price with no mention of sending in the old harness...false advertising is illegal....

Re: wiring harness
This to me is unfathomable. Perhaps the company had an unfriendly break-up, with one party getting all the harness blueprints, the other gettting the shop and equipment.
I am baffled.

Re: Cruising with the Cruise Brothers
Congratulatiions, Steve!. You had my old- brain completely fooled into thinking the Keijs went on ANOTHER cruise this week...Finally I noticed the posting date of LAST YEAR...
Did make me wonder if the cvt now has a dash pad...I couldnt collect the funds for it when it was in my garage.

Re: wiring harness
Out of curiosity, I went to the YnZ site, bypassed the "Get a Quote" section, clicked on the Antique qnd Classic wiring section, scrolled down to 59 Plymouth, and came up with a price of $889. No "old" harness needs to be sent in. It is not clear if this takes care of ALL the wir...

Re: Grefrath Germany
No wagon needed...you managed to fit all in a convertible!
This is your first post of a "cruise" since last year! Great to see the car and Matthew again.
You said the car was on national TV back in March..you said you'd post those pictures...we'd love to see them too!

Re: wiring harness
Duggar, Dick KNOWS this. Follow his lead.
YnZ is probably the best known harness maker.
Greg Leggatt (sp?) is also highly recommended.

Re: Cherry 59 Belvedere Convertible
I see that now. The tube on the left heads to the drier in its inner fender "pocket". When I was putting the factory A/C on my car, I had little to direct me...the A/C came from a 318 parts car in Idaho, and I was trying to install it on a 361. I had some photos supplied by a member in Wis...

Re: Cherry 59 Belvedere Convertible
Yes, good call...the various "used" driers I could scavenge were much bigger than this "muffler".

Re: Cherry 59 Belvedere Convertible
Do I see the firewall is white? Revealing the original color?
The drier for the factory A/C...doesn't it sit in a well in the inner fender, and not out in space as this one shows? The stacked horns suggest factory A/C...
