Thanks for all youses compliments, especially you Roger. It means a lot to me, but look closer, all three are hooked up. The wires hanging down under the dash is Forward Look Franks work when he fixed my radio to hookup to a AM/FM/CD player. I'll hook it up later.

NOW, For all the Pick-a-parters, there are approx. 12 or more flaws spread around a large area, Reddie says you are allowed to find one Flaw, but if you find two you get to kiss her exhaust pipe. heh, heh, heh. By the way, the exhaust pipe will be brand new.

I'm sorry but I just couldn't wait to make that statement about the exhaust pipe. That statement is really for the locals that love to pick apart your car even if they don't have one of thier own.

Anyway, that statement is for all Chevy Owners and all other common brands of cars unless you own a Mopar also, not you guys.

Dick, Did the door panels and rear interior panels come from SMS?

John Q. - The panels were done by Sergio Morales. He did the package tray and the Carpet. The foam in the seats is so old it's turning to powder, every time I get in or out or close the door there is foam all over the floor. will get him to do that soon. He also did the panels in Greenie and will be doing the seats also.

John F. - I wanted to go to my club show last night but it rained so didn't go. It's killing me, I want to show it off so bad.

Dick, is Sergio a local guy? SMS quoted me $795 for all four interior panels. I was wondering what Sergion charges? (tell him I am your younger brother.. )

Yes, Sergio is a local guy. I don't think he would be any cheaper. He is a real artist and does great work, that is, if you can pin him down. Always some kind of problem is going on with him, Wife, Kids, etc. I guess that's the plight of an artist. Stick with SMS they are more reliable.

Dick, all the compliments are well deserved! Most cars can look good in pictures but I stood in front of your car a little over 2 weeks ago and it looks great in real life too 8) I found one of the flaws but was afraid to look on for the others

Ron is right. The car looks great. he found 1 flaw..? He found 34 of them on my car and I had not even opened the garage door yet to gaze upon my Turquoise cruiser! One of the flaws was that I owned the car!

I can't wait to see your fleet of 59's in a week and half!

Naw...Night an day your work to mine. You are a pefectionist Dick and should be proud of your work! :D

Dick just great work your crafstmanship and paint work as well as attention to details are second to none, you covered a whole mess of stuff Ive yet to do to mine, windshield, lower quarters just countless things ill certainly go back and refer to it. Your 59 ' looks stunning your build is , very well executed and documented. Great work, someday Ill own a 59' I just have my hands full with my 58' I certainly will get something easier next time around something running I know its very difficult to escape rust repair on these things.IM also a fan of Eastwood products, I bought one of their mig welders last year and its turned out to be quite a little machine for its price, welds just as good as lincolns hobarts or millers of the same size, I dig their internal frame coat as well as vast array of chemicals :)
