Hardtop and convertible have the same windshield so I guess the rubber is the same too. The sedan (and maybe the 4dr hardtop??) has a different windshield.

Welcome to the site. The only source I know of for the one piece moulded windshield gasket is Gary Goers in Kalispell, Montana. Phone 406-756-6715, web: www.garygoers.com, email: goers@garygoers.com. Be careful though, I ordered a moulded gasket from him and it was to big, had to cut it anyway but ihe zipper failed on it several days later. I ordered the one that is not molded, had the windshield installed and you can't tell it's not a one piece moulded gasket. My glass guy was happy too.

Welcome to the 59 forum. I bought my windshield gasket from Andy Bernbaum "http://www.oldmoparts.com" for my 59 Savoy two door sedan and the fit was perfect.

You may wish to call them to verify that it fits the two-door Sport Fury hardtop .

I had the rubber for my Sport Fury hardtop from Andy Bernbaum and we were able to get the windshield in. But the fit was not as good as I hoped for, wished I could have saved my old one :(

For a long time, Gary Goers made the urethane windshield gaskets by the foot. The customer had to cut it to proper length and glue the two ends together to make a "one-piece".
I do not know if he now makes them in one piece.
You can also check with Andy Bernbaum, although his phone operator is a real grouch.
There is also Metro Molded Parts, Atlas, probably others. Sorry, I don't know who has the most suitable product. I was fortunate to be able to find a pliable original factory gasket.

I was told by Restoration Specialties that they made the windshield gaskets that Andy Bernbaum now sells...

I purchased the windshield rubber for my Suburban from Andy. It came in two pieces and I just cut it to fit. I was not worried about originality.
