brakes for 59 blevedere

Hi
I am looking for brakes shoes and lining for my 1959 dodge Mayfair ,, it is the same as a 59 belvedere
the shoe is 2 inches wide by 12 .... I need to change totally the brakes

Just saw your post, Jean. You can probably get them through your local NAPA store. I have new rears that I don't need because I converted to disc brakes on all four corners of my '59 Suburban. You can have them cheap if you can't find them through a source near you. Ron

Measure carefully guys, the Parts Book lists either 11x 2 or 11x 2 1/2. No mention of 12 x 2.

Here I go correcting myself again:
12" brakes ARE listed...not clear by reading Book, but looks like 12" brakes were available as an option. Called "Special Equipment" in the Supplement. Live and learn!
