Even though it's been raining like crazy I took the Convert. to the muffler shop to have the tail pipes installed, since I have the trailer receiver the pipes have to be routed on the outside of the receiver. See pictures.
Brought the car to Sergio to have the seats done and top installed, I got notice that I should receive my door panels from SMS today and as soon as that happens I will bring them to Sergio also. That's Sergio and his son Junior.
Once this is done it will be finished, I said FINISHED, well, unless something pops up, minor I hope.

Getting Close - Finally got my door panels from SMS, make sure you give them plenty of lead time. My panels took a year and a half but the timing was just right so I'm not complaining, besides they did a great job.
The first picture is of My parts car WHITE ICE. A 59 4dr. Belvedere customized by Mike Scott a local car Guru know as the Striper. Mike is a super car guy and a very talented Artist and Pin Striper. He painted the portrait of the car and gave it to me. The rest of the pictures are of the door panels to factory spec. Nice huh!

Hey Dick

Looking great

What size exhaust set up did you end up going for

Door panels look a treat - talk about timing

Hi Vic - The exhaust is 2" OD. 318 and 361 are the same. The Convertible came from factory with 318 2bbl. and single exhaust. I kept 2bbl but went with dual exhaust.
