Re: Installing A/C on a Poly 318

The drilled and tapped heads are original 59. They were used for original AC systems or the compressor for the air suspension on the rear axle. My dad has the same head. Not sure if they were throwing on heads with and without the holes or it was also build plant related. I’ve seen more 59’s with th...

Re: Door panel escutcheons

Yes! I ordered one for a 59-65 GM product a while ago as a friend was in need of some parts. I finally took off a doorpanel today and they look pretty much the same as the ones on the vert.

Re: Hazard / emergency flashers

I have a set for my 59 and my dads. Frank made a copy of the 60 flasher package and it should work fine.

I remember the correct parts were not super easy to find

Re: Hello!!

If I look at the top of the seat I can see one of the snap buttons. I bet this is a cvt rear seat!

All Sport Fury hardtops had the dip in the middle.

Just FYI, the vert rear seat back is hard to find and probably expensive!

Re: Carlisle 2020!

It’s still on.

I bet a lot of people aren’t going though.
To be honest, I’m really thinking about skipping this Carlisle and take 3 weeks for Hershey and some other stuff.

Re: The Convertible

What lens?
Weird part on this one is that there is no L or R on it. Need to see what side it is.
You need one?

Hopefully I can finish the rest of the ignition stuff today

Re: The Convertible

Well, I guess it’s time for some updates over here. I had the axles shortened and they look great. Took some pics but they are on my old phone. Still had some issues with the car and it wasn’t running right. Finally figured out that the distributor was the one to blame. Got a new electronic ignition...
