I am currently online window shopping for a brake kit for my 1959 Plymouth Fury 440 Big Block at 4 Wheel Onlie. The OEM front disc brake kit includes:
-Cast iron single or 4-piston calipers
-A complete kit to convert from drum to disk brakes
-Available with 2" drop spindles (depending on application)
They are selling it for $1,216. Should I go for it?

Seems a bit high, but I could be wrong. You might check with Roger at AAJ brakes, he sells a kit to service Forward Look cars.

Drums that are adjusted correctly do a beter job them disc brakes
