Larry Flynn
Larry says, "I purchased this car at the Barrett-Jackson
auction in Scottsdale AZ in January 1998. I bought it for my dad, Millis,
who lived
in
Lakeview OR. He showed it at a few local car shows and usually won a trophy.
Dad recently moved to the Portland area, and I brought the car up here. It
stays in storage, but we plan to show it more next year.
My wife found the 59 Plymouth website and decided that the white Sport
Fury hardtop that Tom Fox used to own, had to be this car. We were able
to contact
Tom through the website and confirm it was the car he restored in 1987.
On Labor Day, 2005, we drove up to Tom's house in Welches and spent the
afternoon looking at photos and learning about the car. I hope to add
some car show
photos later..."
