Damaged radiator 22' wide with transmission oil cooler

Today I junked a 59 radiator saving tanks and transmission oil cooler. Believe me I was impressed by the size of the two row core tubes. .75 or 3/4 inch and its too bad it was so damaged.

The crosswind was from the North, wrong way, we were looking for tornados 🌪 after the hail stopped. On the way back a Tornado was also North of us in Sedgewick County. Kansas. 'Wichita area'.

Re: Organic brake material problem.

Both trucks belong to a friend of mine. His son wants the cab over engine COE. We were preparing to tow on a trailer, to Tulsa Ok. The wrecker is a 1956 Dodge with a 259 CID V8 poly engine, the 1947 COE 265 L head 6. Some low rent trespassed and stole the gasoline from the wrecker. probably clogged...

Organic brake material problem.

IMG_8448.jpg Just ran across a problem I hadn't seen in years. The organic lining on the emergency brake had swelled and basically fused to the drum, totally making the vehicle non moveable. Trying to tow the vehicle to a more accessible spot for loading, also plowing two really nice furrows. The e...

Re: Drive belt wobble

The 3/8" belt is thinner and lower in the shieve groove, making it less reactive to small imperfections, less HP to drive. Worth a try.
