Dan, super exciting! I love flipping through the paint sample books I have collected. I wonder how difficult it will be for them mix. Hope they give you some spray out samples to compare to. Cant wait to see it all painted up!

Looks like they did a fantastic job on the headlight trim! I'm excited to see how they do with the rest of the pieces you send them and boy dose Faulkner look good sitting out on the street! Saw this sad looking fury for sale on FB market place. Lots of good parts still on it. Good looking windshield and glass, lots of useable chrome and that sport deck looks pretty decent.

Ha! That’s exactly what it did, drove them in, jacked them up and put wheel dollies under the tires then spun them side ways and slide them side ways to make room for the next car.

We are still planning on attending, but weather I bring the Savoy is still in question. Ill have a better idea in May on weather or not I am going to be able make that happen. I'm gonna try like hell tho! Would end of May/ early June be too late to register??

such a pretty wagon! I saw this listed on BaT, One thing to note if i remember correctly, they welded up the spare tire panel on the out side of the 1/4. and moved the spare in to the well in the back. even still a beauty of a wagon!

Dan, following closely as this fall I will be pulling all my trim to send off for the same kinda treatment. Crying shame about that first place botching your parts like that. Hopefully they own up and reimburse you for the work/damages.

HAhahahaah! I agree. I bought the Savoy (aka Sid) to be a down dirty fun driver that I can put together with the bits and parts I have and not worry about "factory correct-ness" and just make it a road trip car, grocery-git'er, and occasional Daily driver. Now for the less fun news I have ...
