Maybe for sale

Post by Lifeman69 »

I have acquired a couple of 59 Fury’s one is a 4 door hardtop the other is a Belvidere coupe (parts mostly) the hardtop is pretty much complete needs a few interior parts and not completely rusted out. I would like $6500 for the pair, I don’t have the time to restore it. As you can see it needs some TLC but would make a great restore for the right person. I don’t know a lot about 59s but from what I have seen this is a good start. The cars came out of MT 20 or so years ago. The VIN on the hardtop is #M1266103967. The motor, trans, and front clip are from the Belvidere (VIN 25322987) 88K on the car 68k on motor. Any info would be greatly appreciated and if I am out of line on price let me know I don’t have to sell but hate seeing it set around when someone could get it looking good again. No pic of the other but can get some up later. Thank you guys in advance for any comments in advance.

Please post your location in your profile, shipping is expensive, and would be a big help to a potential buyer.

I think I see remnants of a swivel seat assembly. The belvedere has no running gear. You didn't say if the 4ht runs.
In my opinion, your asking price for a parts car w/ no engine, and a complete 4ht needing a total restoration is "optimistic".
Just throwing darts here, as I am not looking for a project at this time, but maybe you should expect to get 4-5K?.
