Post by vanguy16 »

Hello everyone.
New to this site but was wondering if someone smarter than I can decode the following VIN and other codes?

Thanks a million!

Glad to see you finally got in. Matthew is our resident expert on such things - I'll make sure he sees this post.

While we're waiting for Matthew to decode the data plate - I can tell you this about the VIN (M269102520):

M - model year 1959
2 - V8
6 - Fury
9 - Matthew says this indicates it was built in Canada! I'm not sure where the plant was
1 - all sequence numbers began with 1 at any particular plant
2520 - this was the 2,520th 1959 Plymouth built at the plant

Let's wait for Matthew to weigh in on the rest!
