Well, I used to drive demo derby cars at the county fair, and all of a sudden my slightly older sister wants to do one. They have two classes for these cars here, Full size, where practically anything goes, or compact car, where the car has nothing extra, except for a safety cage. The local tow yard gave me a Nissan 240 SX that wouldn't pass the smog check, but seemed to run OK. It took about 2 hours to strip the glass and interior parts out, as all you had to do was pull on the plastic, and it would disintegrate. Well, welding the safety cage in taught me something. NEVER. I mean never, try to weld a piece of domestic steel to a beer can. Now I get to go back tomorrow night and try to fill all my holes in the welding on the car. Woo Hoo!!!!!!!
